Seller’s Terms and Conditions :

1. I feel comfortable with the Remote Tuning Process. I understand that
downloading, installing, and configuring the software is my
responsibility and that Trickys Performance Tuning is not responsible for setting up or
configuring the TDN app, VCM Suite, VCM Scanner, Device Updater or Live Link.

2. No returns/refunds after the first tune file has been sent or received.

3. There will be a 20% fee on any refunds processed

4. Trickys Performance Tuning LLC will not be liable for : damage, loss of property or equipment.

5. Normal Buiness hours are Mon-Fri 9-5 CST
